A qualified Nominee is an executive (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO, CLO, EVP, SVP, or President) of a COMPANY WITH FEWER THAN 250 EMPLOYEES who has achieved significant business success within the Qualification Period, though the executive need not have been in the role of executive for the entire term of the Qualification Period.
