During Jerry’s tenure in various leadership roles, CVG was propelled from a small, private company with revenues of only $80M into a highly diversified corporation with revenues of nearly $1B. Jerry is President of CVG, a publicly traded supplier of commercial vehicle components. Scope of management responsibilities have included eight companies and nearly $1B in sales and representing over 5700 employees worldwide.
Jerry is responsible for innovative product development and launched two next generation engineered products, improved market share 20% and plant quality metrics by 80% in nearly all areas, was key executive during the company’s IPO and is credited with combining a total of 17 companies to form CVG, generated 13.3% of organic growth in Japan and China, led initiatives to grow aftermarket profit by over 25% per year for four years, has been a critical leader in the successful acquisition of seven companies – including two Eastern European companies, established first Japanese seat contract in China, reorganized the company from market to product structure to focus on global growth and received the first military trim business contract.
